The Journey Begins

Welcome and thank you for joining me! I have always wanted to write, and now thanks to the blogosphere, I can feed that desire without quitting my day job.

I am a mom of two rambunctious boys, whom we homeschool, and wife to a truly amazing guy who loves me and puts up with my nonsense. In all fairness, I put up with his, too…but isn’t that what marriage is all about?

I love to cook, read, take photos, and take on way too many DIY projects to finish at one time. (Back to the nonsense my husband has to put up with.)  These activities are my outlets after a long day. Getting my creative juices flowing is healing to my mind and calming to my soul. They give me quiet time to pray over difficulties in my life or the lives of my loved ones. I am looking forward to sharing my journey with you!
